His scepter,
His kingdom,
His Christ.
Sin has strong inclinations, and they all
are arrayed against God's righteous ways.
Sin has an ungodly bias towards the
abominable things which God hates!

This is a powerful post.
Too many wink at sin, thinking G-d will give them a pass, without regard for His holiness or His righteous juegment.
Sin has taken the throne of G-d in the hearts of the sinner - only G-d can change the heart.
True ali, the attributes of God are no longer taught, namely His holiness.
Also true that no one can change the heart, which is dead in sin, except God. Unfortunately, there is an accursed gospel that has overtaken American, a gospel that claims the sinner can repeat prayers, invite Jesus into their heart, or make a decision for Him and presto!! instant Christian; sadly, many who follow this method will spend eternity forever separated from Christ because they never were born from above.
Too many forget that the demons in hell believe in Jesus, and they tremble - but they are not saved.
We must be born again.

we are ALL corrupt and vile to the CORE-heart. We do not and canNOT do right apart from the only righteousness God requires. And unless God reaches down with His sceptor and extols his GRACE we are doomed to depravity and decadence...

Precisely! As I heard Paul Washer say, 'the demons believe and tremble. Most Christians say they believe and do not tremble, the demons have one up on Christians' {my paraphrase}.
I have even heard Christians proclaim they are indeed born again, with no evidence that God has regenerated them, they are Christians because they say they are. How tragic, we live in a time when biblical truth is shallow because it isn't being preached from the pulpit; to be a Christian takes a few minutes then you go on about your business. These superficial Christians will soon be seen for what they are when persecution and martyrdom comes to America. They will not stand, their foundation is sand. May God have mercy and open blind eyes and deaf ears.
