I used to go into a Yahoo Christian chat room and there's one guy that is a New Ager and he'd poke fun at when Jesus said eating my flesh and drinking my blood and I told him that it was a metaphor. Don't you know the difference in a metaphor and a literal statement? Oh wait he was very Gnostic also and so he'd spiritualize literal statements to sound like he was so wise and possessed some esoteric knowledge no one had. I knew what he was all about~~ willfully obtuse..
Sad that most Roman Catholics will go to hell because the'd rather believe in the perverted by man "Lord's Supper" rather than crack open the BIBLE and read that it CAN'T be literal because Jesus was alive breaking the BREAD and drinking the cup which was all pointing to the New Covenant~ his sacrifice for our sins at the cross.
